What projects cost in Norfolk

Norfolk has its own Wetlands Board, which reviews tidal wetlands and beach impacts as part of the Joint Permit Application. The same JPA is reviewed concurrently by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission for encroachment on state-owned bottom, Virginia DEQ for water quality, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for navigable waters.
